We offer a variety of activities for all ages and stages:
St Brides Ladies: a fortnightly Ladies Group meeting throughout autumn and winter in Brodick St Brides Church hall
Weekly Coffee Mornings; all year round in Shiskine St Molios Church Hall and throughout the summer in Whiting Bay St Donan’s
The Warm Room:- a warm, comfortable space for a chat, on Fridays 11am to 2pm during the winter months in Whiting Bay St Donan’s.
Food Bank the Arran Churches Food Bank runs out of Brodick St Brides Church three days a week.
Fun Club (formally known as Messy Church)
This normally meets after school monthly in 3 locations.
- Whiting Bay St Donan’s -last Monday in month
- Lamlash Church Hall -3rd Wednesday in month
- and Kilmory Village Hall -4th Friday in month
- There are also occasional Fun Clubs in Brodick St Brides and Shiskine St Molios.
Children’s Church takes place regularly in Whiting Bay and Brodick during the Sunday service. For dates, see monthly calendar.
Joint Youth Group in collaboration with the Baptist Church for P7 age onward. This meets fortnightly from 6 till 7 in Brodick free Church (2nd Monday in month) or Whiting Bay church hall (4th Monday in month).
Guild meetings; once a month in Shiskine St Molios, there is also a Barbecue, Christmas party, and an End of Season Lunch.
Worship for health and healing a prayer service meets once a month in Brodick St Brides.
Prayer meetings these take place twice a week in Whiting Bay St Donans
A Bible Study Group meets fortnightly in Corrie.
SU Scotland two-week Summer Mission (Glasgow fair fortnight) and weekend Mission (mid Febuary). This long standing event is based in Whiting Bay St Donan’s and is run by SU volunteers and local leaders.
Mothers and Toddlers meet twice a week in Brodick St Brides and once a week in Whiting Bay St Donan’s
Country Dancing classes held weekly throughout the year in Brodick St Brides Church Hall
Other religious and social gatherings take place on an ad-hoc basis throughout the year, and our premises are used by a number of local organisations as their regular meeting place.
